Richard is the Company Director; his passion is for business development within Freight 44. Specialising in all areas, he is versatile to every role, validating how crucial he is to the business. He focuses on articulating a close bond with his customers and ensuring every job is executed to a high standard.

Operations Director
Patrick Owen
In 2019 Patrick was appointed Operations Director with responsibility for running the UK and European offices. Back In 2017 Patrick became part of the Operations team moving internally from the driving sector. His dedication soon saw him become one of our transport planners, and again progressing through the company to Operations Director; his innovation brings many achievements to our business, one being GDP.

Natasha Chappell
As our Company Secretary and project manager, Natasha is the backbone of the business. She specialises in analysing the business's performance, whether that be financial or personal improvement of the team, Often training individuals in areas where they or we could improve; while maintaining a positive vibe within the team. Natasha is also the Responsible person for GDP. Continuously working on her own personal development to pass the knowledge onto the team.

Steve Topley
Steve began working for Freight 44 in 2015. Steve is a vital part of the company, he has extensive knowledge within the business, from the many years both spent with us and in previous logistic companies he has a passion for health and safety.
Transport Manager
Erin Ryan
Erin joined Freight 44 in the summer of 2025, has a wealth of knowledge having been in the transport world for a huge chunk of her career. Already making positive impact to and with the team.
Operations Manager
Diana Anghel
In 2021 Diana was appointed as our operations manager to support the senior management team.Diana is available in the Romanian office, to work alongside all the team here in England contributing their intelligence and positive energy.

Jorge Pinzon
Since 2014 Freight 44 has been fortunate to have Jorge’s multilingual talent and intelligence within the sector. Reciting English, Polish, Spanish and Portuguese he communicates with many customers out of the UK. Jorge is a transport planner within our team and has countless knowledge of vans, customs services and temperature control cargo.

Joining the team 2026, Kim is a highly skilled operator and administrator, loves a challenge and thrives on efficiency. She cannot wait to make a positive impact helping the drivers and opertaions team to do their best daily.
Administrator Manager
Galina Pamukova
Based in Bulgaria, Galina covers the afternoons at Freight 44 and as the direct response to the Directors her knowledge is incredible her hard work makes a momentous impact to the business, assisting to reach team goals. She can speak Russian, English and some German. Galina monitors and updates our spreadsheets spectating how the drivers are doing and where they are at, in addition to quoting customers and being available for any queries.

Invoicing / Compliance
Georgia Elliott
Georgia loves a challenge, adding value behind the scenes within our organisation. Collating delivery paperwork and generating invoices for our customers. She has a good knowledge of Microsoft office and the Journease traffic system that we use, granting us with the resources we require to keep track of our teams’ obligations. Georgia also assists Natasha with compliance and areas of HR. Not forgetting to add that Georgia is fabulous with problem solving being IT, or just finding a solution.
